| Description: | Students were charged with reporting to the class about each of the planets in a unit in science. This student was assigned Mars. There is a guideline of what was to be in the report, a rubric for grading, guidelines for taking notes from other reports, and time set aside for peer review and reflection. This movie has all of the elements described in the assignment which had to be included. The science book series has an online component, Holt Science and Technology Series- Astronomy Book. The lead teacher responsible for choosing this project is Mary Anderson. |
